This amazing book about how Major Brian Dennis met his best friend Nubs was treat to work on. Their story is told visually using personal snapshots taken by Major Brian Dennis and his fellow Marines in Iraq. The endpapers lend a personal touch as well. I made them from real letters written by schoolchildren to Major Brian Dennis and Nubs. One of my favorites, “Nubs must be awesome to work with.” He is, indeed.
